Key Responsibilities:

✅ Website Development: Design, develop, and maintain user-friendly and visually appealing websites that showcase property listings effectively.
✅ SEO Optimization: Implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and boost organic traffic.
✅ Keyword Research & Competitor Analysis: Conduct detailed research to optimize website content and stay ahead of the competition.
✅ Performance Monitoring: Track website performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, and provide actionable insights for improvements.
✅ Content Optimization: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and enhance web pages, blogs, and social media content for lead generation.
✅ Stay Updated: Keep up with latest trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies to ensure compliance with search engine best practices.
✅ Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Identify and resolve website issues to ensure optimal performance and user experience.

Skills & Qualifications:

🔹 Web Development: Strong experience in PHP, Laravel, WordPress, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript.
🔹 SEO Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
🔹 SEO Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with SEMrush, Moz, DA tools, and Google Ads.
🔹 Analytical Skills: Ability to monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics and other digital tools.
🔹 Creative Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and adaptability to changing technologies and market trends.
🔹 Communication & Collaboration: Excellent teamwork skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently.
🔹 Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing web development and SEO projects is highly desirable.
