Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain visually appealing, user-friendly websites that align with our brand and property listings.
• Implement SEO best practices to enhance organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to optimize web pages for higher visibility.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Moz, providing actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize web content, blogs, and social media pages for lead generation.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and web development advancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues to ensure optimal performance and user experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Website Developer or SEO Specialist, preferably within the real estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
• In-depth expertise in SEO strategies, keyword research, on-page & off-page optimization.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Moz.
• A creative problem-solver with critical thinking skills and the ability to adapt to changing digital trends.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Portfolio showcasing previous web development & SEO projects is highly desirable.
