Flippy World is looking for a creative and skilled Web Designer to join their team on a hybrid internship basis in Dubai. The ideal candidate will work on the look, layout, and features of product tools, websites, and landing pages, focusing on UX/UI improvements and brand-consistent web experiences. This role is suitable for students currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree with expected graduation in 2026. The internship provides hands-on experience and the potential to transition into a long-term role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct front-end developer tools to enhance development efficiency and system stability

• Conceptualize and create intuitive, engaging, and brand-consistent web experiences

• Improve product pages by adding comprehensive product information to increase user-perceived value

• Continuously optimize user experience for websites

• Collaborate cross-functionally in concept development and design ideation to define creative strategies

• Handle daily maintenance and on-call updates of web products

• Liaise with the website development team to implement updates and improvements

Skills & Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program (graduating 2026)

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and familiarity with TypeScript, ReactJS, Redux, Webpack

• Skilled in Photoshop and other design tools such as Canva, Figma, Illustrator, ImageReady

• At least 1 year of front-end software development experience, with knowledge of back-end development

• Experience working with WooCommerce websites
