Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehousing operations while ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to optimize productivity and streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Warehouse Operations & Inventory Management

• Supervise receiving, identifying, dispatching, and quality assurance of goods.
• Maintain and organize inventory and storage areas efficiently.
• Ensure accurate shipments and inventory transactions.

✅ Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and staff performance.
• Utilize reports to track warehouse status and maintain records.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.

✅ Team Leadership & Coordination

• Set job expectations, assign workloads, and determine staffing levels.
• Provide training, coaching, and guidance to warehouse employees.
• Coordinate with other departments and customers to resolve issues.

✅ Compliance & Process Improvement

• Establish and enforce work procedures to improve productivity.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

📌 Education & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
