Job Title: Warehouse Picker & Packer 

Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker & Packer to join our logistics team. This role is responsible for accurately picking, inspecting, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining order and efficiency within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process online orders through the Warehouse Management System (WMS)

• Accurately pick products from designated shelves using order slips or handheld scanners

• Inspect items for quality, damage, and verify correct product codes and quantities

• Prepare picked items for packing and ensure proper labeling for dispatch

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe picking areas

• Assist in inventory cycle counts, restocking, and product replenishment

• Follow health and safety protocols throughout all warehouse tasks

• Report any stock discrepancies, damages, or system issues to supervisors promptly

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

• Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is an advantage

• Basic knowledge of computers and handheld scanners

• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in order picking

• Physically capable of lifting items up to 20kg and performing repetitive tasks

• Ability to stand, walk, and move for long durations

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
