Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to develop and implement strategies that optimize warehouse processes, ensuring efficiency, safety, and accurate inventory management. This role involves leading a team, streamlining operational procedures, and maintaining accurate stock levels to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse processes, including layout planning, stock rotation, and picking efficiency, to reduce operational costs and maximize productivity.

• Conduct regular inventory checks and audits to ensure accurate stock levels, preventing discrepancies and ensuring seamless inventory flow to meet customer demands.

• Implement and maintain an effective inventory management system with routine cycle counts and reconciliations, ensuring precise stock levels and reducing the risk of stockouts or overstocking.

• Guide and support warehouse team members, fostering a safety-first culture and promoting adherence to operational procedures and performance standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve warehouse efficiency and resolve any operational issues promptly.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in inventory management, including overseeing control, conducting audits, and implementing effective tracking systems to minimize discrepancies.

• Strong leadership skills, with experience in fostering a cohesive and productive team environment while ensuring safety standards are met.

• Expertise in warehouse layout organization, optimizing storage and retrieval processes to enhance productivity.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of inventory and operations efficiently.
