Job Title: Warehouse Operations Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate to manage inbound and outbound shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate must be hardworking, detail-oriented, and committed to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unload containers/truck shipments and verify received quantities against purchase orders.

• Conduct quality inspections as per ISO and DQMP standards.

• Accurately receive and record inventory using WMS (Warehouse Management System).

• Ensure proper handling and storage of products following SOP guidelines.

• Maintain general warehouse housekeeping standards.

• Perform picking and put-away tasks efficiently as per WMS-generated instructions.

• Load trucks/containers accurately and on time to prevent delivery delays.

• Report any damages to products, equipment, or property to supervisors.

• Operate warehouse equipment safely following standard procedures.

• Support and comply with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Physically fit, hardworking, and dedicated.

• Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures.

• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety guidelines.

• Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain is a plus.
