Job Title: Warehouse Operations Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Assistant to join our logistics and supply chain team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate receiving, handling, storage, and dispatch of goods, following company SOPs and WMS guidelines. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely offload container and truck shipments.

• Verify incoming inventory quantities against Purchase Orders/ASN.

• Conduct quality inspections in accordance with ISO and DQMP standards.

• Accurately record received goods into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

• Handle products as per SOPs to avoid damage or misplacement.

• Maintain general housekeeping and cleanliness standards in the warehouse.

• Execute correct put-away and replenishment tasks as directed by WMS.

• Perform picking tasks with precision and according to SOPs.

• Load outbound trucks/containers accurately and on schedule.

• Promptly report product, equipment, or property damage to supervisors.

• Operate warehouse equipment safely and in line with operational procedures.

• Support and comply with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong data entry and record management skills.

• Effective team player with a proactive attitude.

• Solid understanding of supply chain strategy and warehouse procedures.

• Skilled in logistics and supply chain operations.

• Familiarity with WMS and inventory tracking systems preferred.
