Job Overview

We are looking for motivated Property Consultants/Real Estate Brokers to join our dynamic Dubai team. This role involves managing client relationships, closing deals, and promoting premium property listings with the support of in-house marketing and administrative resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate, manage, and convert leads provided by the company.

• Handle personal clients and manage the sales process from property tours to deal closures.

• Promote premium listings on platforms like Property Finder & Bayut.

• Collaborate with the team to provide a seamless client experience.

• Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.

• Participate in in-house training and team development sessions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Fluent in English.

• Valid UAE driving license.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.

• Freshers with strong motivation are welcome; prior real estate experience is a plus.
