Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to hotel standards, and proactive engagement with guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Report for duty punctually, wearing correct uniform and name badge.

• Attend daily briefings at the start of the shift.

• Clean assigned rooms thoroughly, arrange guest belongings, and replenish linen and supplies.

• Inspect furniture, fixtures, and facilities, reporting damage to the Supervisor.

• Respond courteously to guest requests and queries.

• Coordinate laundry, dry cleaning, or pressing services with Valet Service.

• Perform general cleaning in rooms and public areas per daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.

• Maintain clean and organized pantries and equipment.

• Restock trolleys and supplies for the next day.

• Participate actively in training sessions.

• Report maintenance issues, suspicious behaviour, or damages immediately.

• Support preventive maintenance programs.

• Follow housekeeping operational procedures and safety protocols.

Skills & Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Room Attendant in hotels preferred.

• Knowledge of housekeeping operational procedures.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Professional, welcoming, and guest-focused attitude.

• Strong time management and attention to detail.
