Job Title: Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and inventory control for our retail division in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of retail logistics, and the ability to manage warehouse staff while maintaining inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate inventory levels through regular stock audits and physical verification

• Monitor stock condition and immediately report or remove damaged goods from inventory

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3 drivers and 3 helpers/cleaners to ensure timely task completion

• Enforce adherence to work schedules and deadlines for warehouse and delivery operations

• Drive continuous improvement in warehouse layout, stock replenishment, and operational workflow

• Collaborate with showroom staff to ensure seamless product movement and customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma is a must; a college degree and retail management experience are preferred

• 3–5 years of experience in retail operations or warehouse supervision

• Solid math skills for inventory tracking and order calculations

• Ability to physically perform warehouse duties (lifting, bending, squatting, overhead reach, etc.)

• Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills

• Excellent verbal communication and team coordination abilities

• Proficient in basic computer applications for inventory and reporting

• Strong work ethic and leadership mindset
