NOV is looking for a Warehouse Assistant to support shipping, receiving, and inventory management in an Oil & Gas warehouse environment. The role involves handling shipments, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

📦 Assist in Shipping & Receiving by following proper procedures.
📋 Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts & physical inventories.
📊 Update Records: Enter material movements into the system.
🚛 Warehouse Operations: Identify, store, distribute, pick, pack & ship materials.
🧹 Maintain a Clean & Safe Warehouse following HSE policies.
⚙️ Operate Warehouse Machinery & report any maintenance issues.
📜 Documentation: Maintain accurate shipping & receiving records.
🔄 Support Other Warehouse Tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

✔️ Experience: Previous warehouse/stores experience is essential.
🎓 Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
💻 Basic Computer Skills required.
🗣️ Fluent in English (Oral & Written).
👷 Team Player: Ability to work independently & in teams.
👀 Attention to Detail & Dependability.
🛢️ (Preferred) Experience in the Oil & Gas Industry.
