The role requires providing exceptional F&B service, maintaining high hospitality standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate should be well-groomed, professional, and passionate about delivering a world-class dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

🍽 Guest Service Excellence: Ensure seamless service, address guest preferences, and create a memorable dining experience.
📋 Menu & Beverage Knowledge: Strong understanding of F&B offerings, allergens, dietary requirements, and cocktail preparation.
📌 Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Follow LQA service standards, outlet SOPs, and maintain hygiene & safety protocols.
🛎 Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, outlet leaders, and other hotel departments to maintain smooth operations.
📝 Order Management: Take and serve orders efficiently, ensure timely clearance, and maintain a clean workspace.
📊 Upselling & Targets: Actively upsell menu items and contribute to outlet sales targets.
🧼 Cleanliness & Maintenance: Follow a clean-as-you-go policy, manage waste segregation, and report maintenance issues.

Eligibility Criteria:

✅ Education: Diploma in Hospitality Studies preferred.
✅ Experience:
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage service.
✔ Prior experience in 5-star luxury hospitality is a plus.
✅ Skills & Personality:
✔ Excellent English communication skills (additional language is a plus).
✔ Energetic, motivated, and professional attitude.
✔ Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
✔ Attention to detail and ability to handle guest requests efficiently.
