Hire Better Talent Solutions is recruiting for a Waitress / Barista to join Healthy Café, a conscious coffee shop located opposite DMCC Metro Station in JLT, Dubai. This full-time, permanent role is ideal for candidates with strong Food & Beverage experience, excellent customer service, and a passion for engaging with customers. Barista training will be provided, but prior F&B expertise is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

• Engage with customers effectively, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.

• Prepare and serve beverages as per café standards (barista training will be provided).

• Support café operations including order taking, serving, and maintaining cleanliness.

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Adhere to company policies, hygiene, and food safety standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Food & Beverage industry.

• Strong English communication skills (essential).

• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.

• Positive, professional, and energetic personality.

• Willingness to work shifts and in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday:

  • Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

  • Evening Shift: 2:45 PM – 10:45 PM

• Sunday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

• Saturday: Weekly day off

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: Up to AED 2,500 per month.

• Benefits: Visa, medical insurance, annual leave, employment visa, and professional training.
