Mandarin Oriental, a world-renowned luxury hospitality brand, is seeking a Waiter/Waitress to join the Food & Beverage team at Emirates Palace Abu Dhabi. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and upholding the legendary standards of Mandarin Oriental.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up stations and tables according to hotel standards.

• Greet and communicate with guests in a professional and welcoming manner.

• Assist in presenting menus, making recommendations, and taking accurate orders.

• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring an excellent dining experience.

• Follow proper billing and cashiering procedures.

• Maintain cleanliness of buffet areas, tables, and stations.

• Coordinate with the kitchen and assist in buffet management.

• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, reporting to supervisors when necessary.

• Attend staff briefings, training sessions, and departmental meetings.

• Ensure proper grooming, hygiene, and adherence to uniform standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or certification in Hospitality Management preferred.

• Previous experience in a standalone restaurant or luxury resort is an advantage.

• Strong passion for guest service with excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
