Rotana Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Waiter / Waitress to join their Food & Beverage team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for dynamic, service-oriented professionals who are passionate about hospitality and guest satisfaction. As part of the team, you’ll deliver high-quality service, create memorable dining experiences, and ensure smooth daily restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests, serving food and beverages professionally and discreetly.

• Perform all service tasks as per hotel performance standards.

• Acquire detailed knowledge of food and beverage menus to advise guests.

• Consistently monitor the quality of food and drinks served.

• Handle guest queries and complaints effectively.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the outlet.

• Prepare service stations before, during, and after operations (mis-en-place & mis-en-scène).

• Minimize wastage, breakage, and spoilage.

• Apply up-selling techniques to enhance guest experience and maximize revenue.

Skills & Requirements:

• Diploma/degree in hospitality or vocational training in Food & Beverage.

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-volume restaurant.

• Strong command of English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to stay calm in a busy environment.
