Key Responsibilities:

• Greet, seat, and serve guests in a professional and personalized manner

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the restaurant’s food and beverage offerings

• Handle guest complaints and inquiries with diplomacy and efficiency

• Prepare the restaurant for service (mis-en-place and mis-en-scène)

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene according to hotel standards

• Monitor the quality of food and beverages served

• Apply up-selling techniques to enhance the guest experience and boost sales

• Minimize wastage, breakage, and spoilage during operations

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or relevant vocational training

• Prior experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-volume restaurant preferred

• Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Enthusiastic, team-oriented, and able to work under pressure
