Raffles The Palm Dubai, a luxury resort on the western crescent of Palm Jumeirah, is seeking a Waiter/Waitress for its Raffles Club Lounge. The role focuses on providing exceptional personalized service to guests, maintaining the lounge’s presentation, and ensuring a premium hospitality experience aligned with Raffles standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized assistance to Raffles Club guests, including setup and breakdown of food and beverage presentations (breakfast, afternoon tea, bar service, and canapés).

• Control inventory and maintain the lounge pantry efficiently.

• Identify guest preferences and act on them to enhance the service experience.

• Polish silverware and glassware; ensure all lounge areas are clean and organized.

• Collaborate with other departments, primarily the culinary team, to ensure seamless service.

• Maintain knowledge of menu items, beverage lists, garnishes, and promotions.

• Offer professional, friendly, and proactive service, particularly to VIP and long-stay guests.

• Follow safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.

• Attend daily briefings and communicate important guest information to the team.

• Demonstrate awareness of OH&S policies, property safety, first aid, and emergency procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree from a School for Tourism & Hotel Management.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress, preferably in luxury hospitality.
