Sofitel Dubai The Palm, a luxurious 5-star beachfront resort on Palm Jumeirah, is seeking a dedicated Waiter/Waitress for its Premier Lounge. This temporary, on-site role involves delivering exceptional food and beverage service to guests while maintaining Sofitel’s high standards of hospitality. The position requires a proactive, guest-focused professional capable of working in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be knowledgeable about all food and beverage items on the outlet menu.

• Prepare the outlet for operation, including mise-en-place, setting and resetting tables, and light cleaning.

• Take and serve food and beverage orders, upselling where possible.

• Utilize the outlet point-of-sales system accurately for all transactions.

• Clear tables and remove dirty dishes efficiently.

• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.

• Flexibly meet special guest requests regarding food preparation methods or ingredients.

• Maintain assigned station/section in a clean, organized, and professional manner.

• Ensure all company minimum brand standards are consistently implemented.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a luxury hotel or established restaurant environment.

• Energetic, fun, and passionate about hospitality.

• Based in the United Arab Emirates.

• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
