As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a vital role as a Hospitality Ambassador, ensuring every guest enjoys prompt, courteous, and memorable dining experiences in the hotel’s food & beverage outlets.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver prompt, professional, and courteous service to guests in all F&B outlets.

• Provide complete knowledge of menus, beverages, services, and facilities.

• Ensure guest satisfaction by upholding high service standards.

• Work collaboratively with team members across departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain a safe and hygienic work environment.

• Respect and protect guest privacy at all times.

• Continuously enhance professional skills to improve service quality.

Skills & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations preferred.

• Strong passion for delivering excellent service.

• Effective teamwork skills and a positive attitude.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
