Al Maha Arjaan by Rotana is seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated Waiter / Waitress Interns to join their Food & Beverage team. Responsibilities:

• Perform all tasks related to food and beverage service according to hotel standards.

• Greet, seat, and serve guests in a professional and personalized manner.

• Develop in-depth knowledge of the food and beverage menu to assist guests.

• Monitor the quality of food and beverages served.

• Handle guest complaints and queries courteously.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the outlet.

• Prepare the service area before, during, and after operations.

• Ensure minimal wastage, breakage, and spoilage.

• Use upselling techniques to enhance guest experiences and boost revenue.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage.

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-volume restaurant preferred.

• Strong command of English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills.

• Positive attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
