The hotel is looking for a Waiter/Waitress – In Room Dining to deliver exceptional guest experiences by handling room service orders efficiently, ensuring high standards of service, and maintaining cleanliness and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders from guests via phone or in person.

• Deliver orders to guest rooms promptly, ensuring accuracy and proper presentation.

• Set up and clear in-room dining areas, ensuring cleanliness.

• Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu items, specials, and dietary requirements.

• Process guest payments (cash/credit card) accurately.

• Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely and efficient delivery.

• Ensure proper setup and maintenance of trays, carts, and service equipment.

• Restock and organize room service items.

• Support preparation of condiments, beverages, and utensils.

• Uphold hotel safety, hygiene, and food safety standards.

Requirements

• Previous food service or room service experience preferred.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift trays and equipment (up to 25 lbs).
