Delano Hotels, a luxury lifestyle and leisure hospitality brand now entering the UAE market at Bluewaters Island, is seeking experienced Waiters/Waitresses for their In-Room Dining service. This role is central to delivering the brand’s signature personalized, discreet, and sophisticated service directly to guests in their rooms. Candidates should have luxury hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with hotel operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Take and deliver in-room dining orders promptly and accurately

• Provide warm, courteous, and personalized guest service

• Maintain comprehensive menu knowledge to recommend and answer queries

• Present food and beverages neatly and professionally in guest rooms

• Anticipate and accommodate guest needs and special requests

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of service equipment and trolley

• Collaborate with kitchen and other departments for smooth service delivery

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality environments (luxury hotels, high-end restaurants, exclusive beach clubs)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency with luxury hotel operations and management software

• Relevant educational background preferred (Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management or equivalent)

• Strong personality with passion, authenticity, and a commitment to delivering excellence
