ZMI Holdings, a leading offshore marine services provider for oil & gas companies, is seeking a Crewing Officer to ensure timely deployment of qualified crew members. The role involves managing crew assignments, coordinating training and mobilization, maintaining compliance with industry and company policies, and supporting offshore staff operations. This is an on-site, full-time position based in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage training plans for all seafarers (officers & crew), ensuring STCW requirements are met and valid

• Track and ensure compliance with ZMI SHEQ policies related to crew documentation

• Review and verify mobilization invoices from agencies prior to payment approval

• Maintain personnel training matrix for new and returning staff

• Ensure all ISM-required training is completed on time

• Coordinate booking of training courses to align with crew arrival and port calls

• Arrange transport, travel cards, and security passes for crew members as needed

• Provide relevant data for client interview bookings and arrange client inductions

• Maintain detailed training status reports and master lists

• Liaise with training coordinators to avoid sailing delays due to training

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the marine industry

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and maintain punctual attendance

• Effective information conveyance skills
