Join Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island as a Waiter/Waitress, where you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest service in a vibrant and dynamic hospitality setting. As part of the Food and Beverage team, you’ll ensure guests have an outstanding dining experience by offering prompt, friendly, and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve guests courteously and efficiently in accordance with Hilton’s standards.

• Handle guest queries and requests professionally and promptly.

• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages within regulatory guidelines.

• Maintain excellent knowledge of menu items and daily specials.

• Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of workstations (mis-en-place).

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, grooming, and uniform compliance.

• Follow hotel health, safety, and security procedures.

• Prepare and deliver food and beverage orders with consistency and speed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Positive attitude with strong communication and customer service skills.

• Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.

• Excellent grooming and personal hygiene standards.

• Flexibility to adapt to different work situations.

• Prior experience in food and beverage service preferred.

• Knowledge of food hygiene and handling practices is advantageous.

• Previous experience in cash handling is a plus.
