Role Overview:
We are looking for a professional Waiter/Waitress to serve guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner. The role requires extensive knowledge of menu offerings, compliance with safety and hygiene standards, and contributing to an excellent guest and team experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.

• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with licensing regulations.

• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu and all products.

• Ensure mis-en-place is stocked at all floor stations.

• Follow correct reporting procedures for any issues.

• Ensure food and beverage orders are prepared and delivered to high standards.

• Comply with Hilton grooming standards, uniform dress code, and personal hygiene.

• Adhere to hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

• Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.

• Flexibility and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Excellent grooming and personal presentation standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the Food & Beverage industry.

• Knowledge of cash handling procedures.

• Understanding of Food Hygiene regulations.
