What You’ll Do:

• Be responsible for the daily operations of the assigned outlet to ensure excellent guest experiences.

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, presenting menus and recommending menu items to enhance their experience.

• Take pride in maintaining an immaculate outlet, setting up, and preparing it for service.

• Ensure that service standards are adhered to, providing an extraordinary experience to guests.

• Assist in achieving revenue targets while managing costs (including beverage and other expenses).

• Participate in team briefings and ensure communication across departments to uphold cleanliness and maintenance standards.

• Liaise with team members to ensure food and beverages are served promptly and tables are set to perfection.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: A relevant professional certification or hotel school diploma.

• Experience: Previous experience in luxury hotels or restaurants, ideally within the Middle East.

• Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic, Italian, French, Spanish, or German are highly desirable.

• Skills: Exceptional communication, customer service, and leadership abilities. Ability to lead a team and deliver excellent service in a luxury environment.

• Personal Attributes: Positive attitude, passion for customer service, and ability to work well under pressure.
