Grand Hyatt is seeking a passionate and guest-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join its Food & Beverage (F&B) team. This full-time, on-site role involves delivering smooth and efficient dining services while ensuring a high standard of hospitality aligned with Hyatt’s global brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide smooth and efficient dining service in accordance with Hyatt standards

• Welcome guests, guide them to tables, take orders, and serve food and beverages

• Maintain cleanliness and ensure all F&B equipment and facilities are in working order

• Ensure guest satisfaction and promote repeat visits to the restaurant

• Follow all procedures as outlined in the department operations manual

Job Requirements:

• Education: Degree or diploma in Hotel or Tourism Management preferred

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a hotel or restaurant

• Skills:

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills

  • Professional appearance and a courteous demeanor

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
