The role involves delivering exceptional guest service, supporting daily restaurant operations, and ensuring smooth service in the assigned section. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and beverage, knowledge of Chinese cuisine, and experience in luxury dining or 5-star hotels.

Responsibilities:

• Support the daily operations of Shang Palace restaurant.

• Provide high-quality and attentive service to guests.

• Maintain smooth operation of the assigned section.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Passion for Food & Beverage, particularly Chinese cuisine.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
