Job Title: Senior Finance Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking two highly experienced Senior Finance Managers to join a leading Dubai-based property development company renowned for delivering large-scale high-rise residential projects. In this leadership role, you will oversee the company’s financial health, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic insights to drive profitability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and auditing standards

• Guide the finance team in tax filings, audits, and adherence to regulatory requirements

• Monitor and manage daily cash flows, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational needs

• Forecast cash requirements and optimize cash balances across accounts

• Identify cost reduction and process improvement opportunities by analyzing revenue streams, economic trends, and internal operations

• Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory management to enhance working capital

• Manage credit lines, guarantees, and assess customer/counterparty creditworthiness to minimize financial risk

• Administer Escrow accounts in compliance with Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations, including account opening and fund release processes

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Finance Manager, Finance Officer, or similar role in a real estate development or brokerage firm

• CPA certification is an advantage

• Expertise in Treasury Management Systems (TMS), ERP, and payment platforms

• Proficiency in MS Office and financial software (SAP, Oracle NetSuite, etc.)

• Knowledge of corporate financial law and UAE risk management practices

• Strong background in FP&A, treasury management, budgeting, costing, selling price analysis, and taxation

• Proven ability to deliver actionable financial insights to support strategic decision-making

• Skilled in stakeholder management, fostering alignment across cross-functional teams
