Hyatt is seeking enthusiastic and professional Waiter/Waitress to join their bar team. The role involves recommending menu items to guests, serving food and drinks, enhancing beverage sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced bar environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recommend menu items and provide food and drink suggestions to guests

• Take orders and serve food and beverages promptly

• Familiarize with Infraysis content and processes

• Upsell beverages to increase revenue

• Set up tables as required for operations

• Prepare and serve cocktails based on guest requests

• Decorate and arrange the restaurant/bar according to themes during special promotions or events

• Assist the bar in inventory storage and accurate stock records

• Submit drink orders for replenishment as needed

Position Requirements:

• A degree or diploma in hotel or tourism management is preferred

• At least 1 year of experience in hotel operations (preferred)

• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential

• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
