The role involves greeting guests, managing orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and pleasant dining atmosphere while collaborating with kitchen and bar staff for smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.

• Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders.

• Answer questions about the menu and provide recommendations.

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area.

• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.

• Handle customer concerns professionally and promptly.

• Promote daily specials and upsell menu items where appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or food & beverage industry.

• Proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent is an advantage.
