ANdAZ Capital Gate Abu Dhabi is seeking a professional and service-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join its Food & Beverage team. This full-time, on-site role requires someone with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service in a luxury hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a consistent, high-level service experience to all guests.

• Serve food and beverages in the assigned area with courtesy and professionalism.

• Be knowledgeable about all food and beverage offerings, and make recommendations to guests.

• Promote upselling and cross-selling of food and drink items.

• Work efficiently in a team to ensure guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management is preferred.

• Minimum of 1-year experience in hotel operations, preferably in F&B service.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-focused with a positive and adaptable attitude.
