Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality food and beverage service in accordance with hotel standards

• Greet, seat, and attend to guests professionally and courteously

• Offer knowledgeable recommendations based on the menu

• Handle guest complaints promptly and positively

• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness in the restaurant and service areas

• Prepare and maintain service setups before, during, and after shift (mise en place)

• Apply upselling techniques to enhance guest experience and revenue

• Minimize waste and breakage, and maintain service equipment

Requirements

• Diploma/degree in hospitality or vocational training in F&B

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-volume restaurant

• Strong English communication skills

• Guest service and interpersonal skills essential
