The role involves providing personalized guest experiences, in-depth menu knowledge, wine or beverage pairing recommendations, and ensuring high-quality service from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, prior experience in specialty or fine-dining restaurants, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide a personalized dining experience.

• Offer expert menu recommendations, including specialty dishes and beverage pairings.

• Answer detailed questions about ingredients, preparation methods, and dietary needs.

• Serve food and beverages with precision, ensuring presentation standards are met.

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to handle special requests.

• Upsell premium items, appetizers, and desserts to enhance guest experience.

• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the dining area.

• Handle billing and payment transactions accurately.

• Support restaurant operations and assist with additional duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a waiter/waitress, preferably in specialty or fine-dining restaurants.

• Strong knowledge of menus, ingredients, and food preparation methods.

• Ability to recommend food and beverage pairings confidently.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer service skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
