Raffles The Palm Dubai, part of the Accor Group, is looking for a Waiter/Waitress to join its luxury hospitality team. The role involves providing outstanding food and beverage service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the brand’s hallmark of intuitive and gracious service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve guests in a professional and courteous manner.

• Provide menu details, specials, and children’s options when required.

• Handle food and beverage service efficiently, including order taking and POS transactions.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the dining area and workstations.

• Ascertain guest satisfaction, resolve issues promptly, and escalate when needed.

• Follow proper cash, credit card, and accounting procedures.

• Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting as per hotel standards.

• Ensure safety, hygiene, and sanitation policies are strictly followed.

• Support other F&B outlets during peak hours if required.

Skills & Qualifications

• Secondary education required.

• Minimum 1 year of food and beverage service experience.

• Previous cashiering or customer service experience preferred.

• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).

• Well-presented and professionally groomed.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Knowledge of F&B products and service standards.

• Team player with problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
