As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a key role as a Hospitality Ambassador for the hotel. You will be on the front line of guest interactions, ensuring prompt, courteous, and high-quality service in the food and beverage outlets. Your role is crucial in delivering memorable guest experiences and maintaining service standards of the property.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional, friendly, and efficient service to guests in food and beverage outlets.

• Ensure guest satisfaction through quality service, prompt delivery, and attention to detail.

• Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure smooth and timely service operations.

• Maintain full knowledge of menus, beverages, services, and facilities offered by the resort.

• Adhere to hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in the work area.

• Respect guest privacy and uphold professional service standards.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• High school diploma (or equivalent).

• Previous experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations.

• Strong passion for hospitality and delivering excellent service.

• Team-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good command of English (spoken and written).
