Rotana Hotel Management Corporation PJSC is seeking dynamic and motivated Waiters/Waitresses to join their Food & Beverage team in Abu Dhabi. The role is focused on delivering excellent guest service and creating memorable dining experiences while maintaining high hospitality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Greet, seat, and serve guests in a professional and personalized manner.

• Perform all tasks related to food and beverage service as per hotel standards.

• Acquire strong knowledge of the food & beverage menu to assist guests with recommendations.

• Monitor and maintain quality of food and beverage served.

• Handle guest complaints and queries professionally.

• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet.

• Prepare service areas before, during, and after service (mis-en-place and mis-en-scene).

• Minimize wastage, breakage, and spoilage.

• Use upselling techniques to enhance guest experience and boost revenue.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/degree in Hospitality or vocational training in Food & Beverage.

• Prior experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-volume restaurant.

• Good command of English; additional language skills are a plus.

• Strong guest service and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to stay calm under pressure with great attention to detail.
