Hyatt is seeking a Waiter/Waitress to provide excellent and consistent Food & Beverage service to guests. The role requires courteous, professional, and efficient service, with the ability to upsell and recommend F&B combinations to maximize guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve Food & Beverage to guests in the assigned area.

• Deliver courteous, professional, and efficient service to maximize guest satisfaction.

• Understand and have thorough knowledge of all Food & Beverage services and products.

• Recommend F&B combinations and upsell/cross-sell when appropriate.

• Maintain a flexible and guest-focused approach during service.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management preferred.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel operations.

• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
