Job Description:
The Waiter/Waitress is a front-line Hospitality Ambassador responsible for providing prompt and courteous service to all guests. You will play a key role in guest satisfaction by ensuring high-quality service and comfort in the resort’s food and beverage outlets. Responsibilities include:

• Working collaboratively across all departments to ensure smooth operation of food and beverage services.

• Having thorough knowledge of menus, beverages, services, and resort facilities.

• Continuously developing professional skills to enhance guest satisfaction.

• Maintaining a safe and hygienic work area.

• Upholding guest privacy at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School diploma.

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage or Restaurant operations.

• Passion for delivering excellent service.

• Strong team player.

• Proficiency in English.
