The role requires delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining the highest hospitality standards. You will be responsible for providing courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service at all times while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner.

• Provide personalized service and handle guest requests efficiently.

• Report complaints or unresolved issues to supervisors and ensure proper follow-up.

• Maintain awareness of hotel activities and ensure smooth shift handovers.

• Perform opening and closing procedures for the assigned outlet.

• Monitor operating supplies, reduce wastage, and handle cash/credit card transactions.

• Thoroughly understand F&B services and products, upsell and cross-sell effectively.

Skills & Requirements:

• Relevant degree/diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management is preferred.

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in hotel operations.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Professional grooming and interpersonal skills.
