Fujairah Rotana Resort & Spa is seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented Waiters/Waitresses to join their Food & Beverage team. This role is responsible for delivering professional service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and creating memorable dining experiences while maintaining high standards of hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Provide food and beverage service according to hotel standards.

• Greet, seat, and serve guests in a professional and personalized manner.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the restaurant’s food and beverage menu.

• Ensure quality and consistency of food and beverage served.

• Handle guest queries and complaints with professionalism.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper upkeep of service equipment.

• Prepare service setup before, during, and after shifts (mis-en-place & mis-en-scène).

• Minimize wastage, breakage, and spoilage.

• Apply upselling techniques to enhance guest experience and revenue.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage.

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-volume restaurant preferred.

• Strong communication skills with good command of English.

• Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.

• Competencies: adaptability, customer focus, teamwork, responsibility, and attention to detail.
