Job Title: Waiter/Waitress 

Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to provide excellent service and create a welcoming dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and present menus

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff

• Make menu recommendations and inform guests of daily specials or promotions

• Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally once prepared

• Ensure tables are clean, tidy, and properly set throughout service

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a polite, professional manner

• Support other staff members to maintain smooth restaurant operations

Required Skills & Attributes:

• Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods

• Flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends and evenings

• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure or with challenging customers

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding service

Preferred Candidate:

• Residence Location: United Arab Emirates

• Previous hospitality or restaurant experience is a plus but not mandatory
