This role requires delivering exceptional, sophisticated dining service in an elegant environment, ensuring guests experience warmth, professionalism, and memorable moments. Candidates should have luxury hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly, take orders, and serve food and beverages attentively.

• Know the menu thoroughly, including daily specials, and assist guests with recommendations.

• Manage tables efficiently while maintaining a comfortable dining atmosphere.

• Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams for timely, accurate service.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area to uphold the restaurant’s elegant ambiance.

• Engage with guests to anticipate needs and handle special requests gracefully.

• Support special event execution to ensure seamless, memorable occasions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality settings (luxury hotels, high-end restaurants, exclusive beach clubs).

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with luxury hotel operations and management software.

• Relevant educational qualifications (Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience) preferred.
