We are now looking for passionate and motivated Waiters (M/F) to join our vibrant Dubai team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and provide exceptional service, creating a convivial Italian dining experience.

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the restaurant’s menu, including food and wine, to guide and advise guests.

• Apply upselling techniques to maximize guest satisfaction and support the restaurant’s economic performance.

• Support and mentor runners, sharing skills and know-how to help their growth.

• Ensure service standards are maintained consistently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a busy restaurant environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for hospitality.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.

• Enthusiasm, motivation, and a customer-first mindset.

• Willingness to join a diverse and international team.
