Job Title: Waiter/Food Server

Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Waiter/Food Server to join our dynamic hospitality team in Dubai. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional dining experiences, ensuring guests receive prompt and professional service. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Guest Interaction & Service

• Greet and seat guests professionally with a welcoming attitude.
• Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverages.
• Take accurate orders using a POS system and communicate with kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and with high presentation standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, addressing concerns and special requests efficiently.

🔹 Dining Area Management

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.

🔹 Transactions & Reporting

• Process payments and handle cash transactions securely.
• Assist in training new staff on service standards and procedures.
• Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas for service improvement.

Skills & Qualifications

✅ Experience: 2 – 3 years in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
✅ Nationality: Nepal
✅ Gender: Female
✅ Strong knowledge of food & beverage service.
✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills.
✅ Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Familiarity with health & safety regulations.
✅ Proficiency in POS systems and basic math for handling transactions.
✅ Team player with strong problem-solving abilities.
✅ Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
