Hilton is seeking a professional Waiter/ess to provide exceptional guest service at Rosewater, Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers. The role requires serving food and beverages efficiently, maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation, and ensuring a memorable guest experience in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve guests in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in line with licensing regulations.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of menu offerings and products.

• Ensure mis-en-place stations are stocked and organized.

• Follow proper reporting procedures when issues arise.

• Deliver consistent quality in food and beverage orders promptly.

• Adhere to Hilton grooming, uniform, cleanliness, and personal hygiene standards.

• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation.

Requirements:

• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

• Committed to delivering high levels of customer service.

• Flexibility to respond to varied work situations and ability to work independently or in teams.

• Excellent grooming standards and personal presentation.

• Experience in a luxury Food & Beverage setting is preferred.

• Previous experience with cash handling and knowledge of food hygiene regulations is advantageous.
