Jumeirah, a global leader in luxury hospitality, is seeking a Waiter/ess for its F&B Service team at Jumeirah Al Qasr, part of the Madinat Jumeirah resort. This temporary, on-site role involves providing exceptional guest service, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages, and maintaining a polished and organized service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and escort guests to their tables with a warm, professional demeanor.

• Assist with menu inquiries and enter orders into the POS system.

• Serve food and drinks using proper techniques following Jumeirah standards.

• Set up tables with clean linen, cutlery, and glassware; maintain cleanliness of service areas.

• Address guest needs politely and report any complaints or issues to supervisors.

• Follow standard procedures and safety rules to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Skills & Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in F&B service within a 5-star luxury hotel or reputable restaurant.

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Russian or other European languages is desirable.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Micros, and Sevenrooms.

• Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment.
