Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service in line with luxury dining standards.

• Provide hands-on support to colleagues to ensure seamless guest experiences.

• Maintain full knowledge of the food and beverage menu as well as promotional activities.

• Monitor the consistency and quality of food and beverage items served.

• Address guest concerns promptly, escalating major issues to management when necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar fine dining or social dining role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
