The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining smooth dining operations. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming environment while handling orders, service, and cleanliness in line with the company’s standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests promptly, courteously, and professionally.

• Present menus, explain dishes, and provide recommendations.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.

• Serve meals and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards.

• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.

• Prepare tables, silverware, and condiments before service.

• Clear and reset tables quickly to maintain smooth flow of service.

• Operate POS systems for billing, process payments, and issue receipts.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.

• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and fellow staff to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service (preferred).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Good memory and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure.

• Team player with a positive attitude.
